TERMS AND SERVICES

The following information aims to define the general sales conditions established between INNURA (INSINNUR Lda) and the customer, when placing an order in the INNURA (INSINNUR Lda) online store at www.innura.pt, and in the various services provided by INSINNUR Lda.

ORDERS

After placing your order, make sure you receive a confirmation email in the email inbox you used to register your order.

Orders are considered completed as soon as the respective payment is confirmed. If you select the Manual Payment or Offline Payment (also called MBway) payment method, payment is only considered confirmed after proof of payment is sent to our email or after we confirm that it has been completed. If it is not possible for any reason to send proof of payment, we ask that you contact us at info@innurahomeliving.com so that we can help.

You will receive another email later confirming the dispatch of your order, which will also indicate the tracking number. You will also receive your invoice in another email.

The products will be sent in INNURA boxes, not necessarily one box per product.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

- Paypal: you will be redirected to the Paypal website, and you must follow the instructions provided until payment is completed.

- Card: Simply enter the details of any Visa, MasterCard, American Express or any other card accepted at the time of purchase. This is a secure service from Stripe.

- Google play, apple pay, shop pay.

If it is not possible for any reason to send proof of payment, we ask that you contact us at info@innurahomeliving.com so that we can confirm and consider the order as completed as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

The maximum shipping time is 5 working days (with the vast majority of orders being sent within 1-2 working days after completion), except during festive or busy seasons when this process may change. When this happens, the customer is notified.

The value corresponding to shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order. Before finalizing the order, you will be able to view the total to be paid, including shipping costs and VAT.

Once shipping is confirmed (when you receive the shipping confirmation email), your order must be delivered within the following deadlines:

Continental Portugal

DPD: 2 to 5 working days (€10.95 or free for orders over €69)

If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you by telephone in order to speed up and/or set another date for delivery - it is very important that this telephone number is correct.

Madeira and Azores

DPD: 3 to 5 working days (€10.95 or free for orders over €69)

If delivery is not achieved by DPD, a postal notice will be left and the order will wait at at a local DPD partner. You will have 5 working days to collect your order, and it will be returned after this period of time.

Europe

DPD: 2 to 10 working days (€10.95 or free for orders over €69)

If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you by telephone in order to speed up and/or set another date for delivery - it is very important that this telephone number is correct.

US

DPD: 5 to 15 working days €20 (22$ USD) or free for orders over €69 (69$ USD)

If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you by telephone in order to speed up and/or set another date for delivery - it is very important that this telephone number is correct.

 

 

The order will be sent to the indicated recipient and address. The address mentioned is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

INNURA operates according to the Portuguese calendar. When ordering, please consider that deliveries cannot be made during weekends and holidays.

DELIVERIES

During the purchase process at www.innurahomeliving.com you will be asked for billing and delivery addresses. It is important that the data is filled in correctly to ensure successful delivery of the order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and an invoice.

The order will be sent to the indicated recipient and address. The address mentioned is the sole responsibility of the customer.



EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to exchange or return your item, please contact info@innura.pt, indicating your order number or sending the purchase invoice. Exchanges and returns of parts will only be accepted within a period of 14 days after delivery of the order. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted on items that are not in new condition, used or without the original packaging.
