Shipping policy

We currently only ship to Europe.
Cutoff time for orders to be shipped on the same day: 4pm
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
Quality delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. (Monday Friday)

Shipping:
Shipping costs to Portugal cost €10.95 for orders under €69. For orders over €69, shipping is free.

To Europe, shipping costs €10.95 for orders under €69. For orders over €69, shipping is free.

To USA, shipping costs 22$ USD for orders under $69. For orders over $69 USD shipping is for free.

While we strive to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we will not be responsible for any shipping delays.

Order changes

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you must begin the return procedure as soon as you receive the item.

Item not received

If you place an order successfully and have not received it yet, while the tracking status shows that it has been delivered. Please contact the carrier to find out the status of your order, once we deliver the order to the carrier we have no control over it, but if the problem persists, please write to us at info@innurahomeliving.com and we will make arrangements possible to help you resolve this situation.
Sometimes tracking information will not be available. This may be due to technical issues that cause tracking information to not be updated on the website. In such cases, if you still cannot locate your item, please contact us at info@innurahomeliving.com and we will help you resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damage

We do our best to pack your order in a protective way but INNURA is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transport. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
