Refund policy
Return policy by customer decision
If you change your mind, all items can be returned within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your order. You can contact us via email at info@innurahomeliving.com, indicating the order number and the problem.
We only accept returns due to the customer's decision under the following conditions:
For products with a manufacturer's seal, the manufacturer's seal must be closed.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. Please keep proof of purchase.
To return your product, you must contact us first and we will send you a prepaid return label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. The return address is: Praça das Novas Nações nº1, floor 2D, 1170-277 Lisboa, Portugal. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving instructions and a return label. Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return policy for damaged, incorrect or dysfunctional products
If the products in your order are damaged, incorrect or dysfunctional, please contact us via email at info@innurahomeliving.com.
In the case mentioned above, you will have 14 days to return these products for a refund or replacement. This period starts from the day following receipt of your order. This also includes products that are defective within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Restocking fee
There is no restocking fee for returned orders.
Returning an order
Contact us via email at info@innurahomeliving.com, indicate the reason for your return, the order number and we will send you the RMA return label according to the reason for your return.
Package the item carefully and ship it.
Packaging Instructions:
1. Pack items securely in a box.
2. Affix the shipping label directly to the address side of the package, covering any previous shipping address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent sides.
3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate number of stamps.
4. Send the package from the nearest post office or courier of your choice.
If you have not received a return label, please send an email to info@innurahomeliving.com. Package the item carefully and ship it.
Cancel an order
You have 24 hours before the item(s) are shipped to cancel your order.
In case your order has already been shipped, please follow the return policies indicated above that correspond to your reason for return.
Lost orders
If it has been at least 2 days since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service via email at info@innurahomeliving.com and give us at least 5 days to investigate the status of your order(s). (s) with the courier service. If we are unable to track your order after the 5 day investigation, your order will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund or we will send you a replacement if you wish.
Refund process
Refunds will be initiated once your product is received back at our warehouse and inspected. Once approved, the refund takes 5 to 10 business days to process. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
